Harry Sherwin

Harry Sherwin is a Senior Consultant at Apira with over 10 years of experience leading complex service transformation projects across the NHS and social care sectors. His career spans a wide range of services, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Children’s and Adult Social Care, and Commissioning.

Before joining Apira, Harry worked with NHS England – London Region, where he supported key programmes in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening, Community Pharmacy, Mental Health – Urgent Emergency Care, and Digital Urgent Emergency Care (UEC). In this role, he developed extensive expertise in procurement and digital health strategy, contributing to the modernisation of urgent and emergency care services across the capital.

Harry holds multiple qualifications in project and change management and brings additional strengths in procurement, communications and engagement, organisational development, and operational response during major incidents.

He is passionate about leveraging digital innovation to improve service delivery and reduce pressure on frontline clinical and operational teams.
