Apira, an IQVIA business, is proud to announce that we have been awarded places on the NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) Digital Technical Clinical Support (DTCS) framework agreement, on both Lot 3 – Implementation Professional Services and Lot 5 – General Clinical Digital Professional Services.
The DTCS framework provides NHS and wider public sector organisations with a streamlined, compliant route to procure expert support for clinical digital systems. By offering both further competition and direct award, it enables organisations to secure trusted partners quickly, reducing procurement burden and ensuring timely access to specialist expertise.

David Corbett, Director at Apira an IQVIA Business, said:
“We are pleased to have been appointed to both Lot 3 and Lot 5 of the DTCS framework. This reflects our proven ability to support clients through every stage of their digital transformation journey, from strategy and planning through to hands-on delivery. Most importantly, it gives NHS organisations flexible and efficient access to the expertise they need to deliver meaningful improvements for patients and staff.”
What this means for our clients
Through Lot 3, Apira can provide expert support with the deployment, configuration and implementation of digital clinical systems. This includes:

- Delivering benefits realisation and optimisation post-implementation
In practice, Lot 3 enables clients to procure highly skilled implementation expertise quickly and compliantly, helping them deliver safe, successful and sustainable digital transformation at pace.
