Esther Bavington

Esther has extensive experience with SystmOne in a wide variety of healthcare settings and capacities – and has previously worked for the software supplier in the UK and internationally. On multiple occasions she has witnessed the micro and macro transformations well-executed software implementation and usage can bring organisations, staff, and patients. Her exposure to projects at various levels means she has an appreciation for all stages of clinical software implementation – but finds optimising existing solutions most interesting.
