About Geoff Broome
Geoff helps healthcare organisations achieve better use of better clinical systems to improve patient experience and outcomes as well as staff working lives. He does this by helping de-risk and realise digital journeys from the Business Case to the Deployment and Adoption of the technology.
His central skills are in understanding and effectively combining the different stakeholders interests and contributions across clinical, managerial and technical disciplines. He also manages supplier interests and performance to ensure maximum value for patients; staff and NHS Trusts from these investments.
Most recent work has been in the Electronic Document Management realm as well as with Mental Health Electronic Patient Records.
