Gerard Traynor

Gerard joined Apira as Associate Consultant in Nov 2021, prior to that he was employed at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust as Digital Programme Director. His major focus in that role was the business case and procurement of a single integrated Acute EPR solution across LNWH and Hillingdon Hospital. This involved the development of OBC which required NHSE and Treasury approval, a full OJEC procurement and an FBC also requiring NHSE and Treasury approval.

Gerard has over 25 years’ experience working in NHS Digital Services both as an NHS employee in Senior Digital Management roles and as a Consultant to NHS and Social Care organisations. Over the last 2 years he has also provided business case development support for other trusts including Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
