Graham is a proven clinical specialist with 20 years front line NHS clinical experience and over 20 years healthcare IT design, deployment, support, and clinical transformation experience. A certified APMG Change Practitioner who is a focused, self-driven individual delivering consistent high value results in an ever-changing healthcare landscape with extensive experience of healthcare IT systems scope, design, build, implementation, and optimisation.

He has international experience in the transformation of clinical services using technology across the entire health care spectrum including collaborative care pathways spanning multiple organisations and patient portal design and implementation. Graham has led a successful joint HIMSS EMRAM-6 accreditation for two specialist tertiary hospitals and is a certified HIMSS assessor.

During his time at Apira graham has supported Mental Health Trusts with solution implementation, solution transformation, business case development, benefits identification, project planning and design.
