Helen McMaster

Helen is an independent management consultant in health, social care, and education.  Having spent the first part of her career as a government employee in Canada and England, recently she has been working as an associate consultant on projects with all levels of government (local, national, and international).  She has extensive health and social care, partnership development/engagement, research, and project management experience on a range of topics.
