Stephen joined Apira following several successful years as a Product and Project Manager within the gaming industry. In this role, he led a team of over 30 staff and was responsible for specifying, developing, and delivering regular updates to key aspects of the game’s functionality. He also played a central role in designing marketing strategies and monetisation packages, supporting a daily user base of 1,000 to 4,000 players. Seeking a fresh perspective on project management, Stephen transitioned into the healthcare sector—an initially daunting move that was made seamless thanks to the support and guidance provided by Apira. Since joining, he has worked across a broad range of projects, including business case development, procurement moderation, configuration support, and project delivery. Stephen prides himself on providing a high standard of professional service and approaches every challenge with commitment and enthusiasm.
