Tia Corcoran

Tia is a skilled Digital Transformation Consultant with nearly a decade of experience driving change across health and care systems. She began her project career in 2016, supporting the Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Sustainability and Transformation Plan—one of the early initiatives that evolved into a first-wave Integrated Care System.

Since then, Tia has played a central role in delivering a range of high-impact programmes, including:

• Driving cultural and behavioural change through the Leading Beyond Boundaries initiative with the Workforce Development Academy

• Advancing Population Health Management strategies across BLMK

• Supporting the development and implementation of Shared Health and Care Records

• Leading the adoption of Digital Social Care Records among care providers across the region
