Colin McGregor 

Maternity Lead and Managing Consultant 

With over a decade of experience collaborating closely with Maternity and Neonatal services, Colin is a driving force behind many successful digital transformations. His career spans 8 years in digital projects and over 12 years of working with the NHS, including 7 years at NHS Forth Valley and more than 5 years at Clevermed/System C supporting Badgernet deployments.

13 Maternity EPR implementations
7 Neonatal solution implementations
25+ optimisation projects in Maternity and Neonatal care 

Colin’s expertise ensures seamless and impactful digital transitions, making him an invaluable asset to our team and the organisations we support. 

 

Sharon Hunt 

Senior Consultant – Nurse/Maternity SME 

With 20 years as a clinical nurse and two decades in the digital healthcare industry, Sharon’s mission is clear: to enable safe and equitable care through digital transformation. She specialises in deploying technology across maternity and neonatal systems, having supported over 20 NHS Trusts. 

Her Contributions Include:
Supporting the development of the PRSB Maternity Record Standard
Leading change management and pathway development
Helping services adopt recommendations from reviews like Better Births and Ockenden 

Sharon’s passion lies in enhancing the pregnancy and childbirth experience by leveraging technology to improve access to care, promote wellness, and empower clinical decision-making. She is also exploring how AI can further revolutionise Maternity and Neonatal care. 

 

Sophie Newton 

Senior Consultant – Digital Project Management Specialist 

Sophie is a highly skilled project manager with over six years of experience delivering digital transformation initiatives within the NHS. Certified in APM and PRINCE2, she brings a methodical approach to managing complex projects. 

Recent Projects:
Senior Project Manager for the Neonatal BadgerNet EPR roll-out at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust
Supported the Maternity BadgerNet EPR project at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust 

Sophie’s dedication to optimizing Maternity and Neonatal departments through digital solutions is evident in her results-driven and patient-centered approach. 

 

Jennifer Duffin-Binns 

Senior Consultant and Registered Midwife 

 

Jennifer is a registered midwife with extensive experience across the NHS, private healthcare, and commercial settings. Her versatility and customer focus have led to success in roles such as service management, community midwifery, and project management.
